There are millions of people all over the world who don't have access to water, or, if they have access, that water is unable to be used. About 70% of the Earth's surface is covered with water and 3% of it is actually freshwater that is fit for human consumption. Around two-thirds of that is tucked in frozen glaciers and unavailable for our use. According to WWF, some 1.1 billion people worldwide lack access to water, and a total of 2.7 billion find water scarce for at least one month of the year.

Clean drinking water is scarce and there are millions of people across this globe that spends their entire day searching for it. Yet, people who have access to safe, clean drinking water take it for granted and don't use it wisely.

Roof Top Rain Water Harvesting


In rooftop harvesting, the roof becomes the catchments, and the rainwater is collected from the roof of the house/building. It can either be stored in a tank or diverted to artificial recharge system. This method is less expensive and very effective and if implemented properly helps in augmenting the ground water level of the area.


Surface Runoff Harvesting

Harvesting of surface runoff and storage of the same into reservoirs such as water pans makes it available for use when required by this method of collecting rainwater for irrigation, water flowing along the ground during the rains will be collected to a tank below the surface of the ground. Designing of RWH systems depends on geological & hydrological condition of the projected area and catchment area. We have facility to survey and find out recharge rate along with aquifer system to propose fruitful RWH system to recharge ground water level.
