Survey and Designing
It includes level survey of ground, road, projected sewage treatment plant area & Municipal/Government existing road or sewer line invert. Next we plan route map of sewer pipeline, hydraulic design to get pipe size & gradient, Inspection chamber & manhole size, and Sewage treatment plant & xtures.
Material Selection and Execution Pipes
Several types of sewer pipeline materials i.e. HDPE, PVC, RCC hume pipe etc., are used for pipe line construction depending on soil and nature of the construction project. Sewer is usually one of the deepest wet site utility pipelines that are installed compared to potable water pipelines. Sewer pipeline installations usually begin "offsite," in the street, on public property, and connect to an existing sewer main or manhole in the middle of the street.
Inspection Chamber and Manhole
All underground drainage systems must have access points, to enable the drains to be inspected on a regular basis and to be cleaned in the event of a blockage. The most common form of access is an inspection chamber, often still referred to as a manhole. In times gone by, manholes were actually large, bricked up chambers that had iron steps built into the wall, enabling a person to physically climb down into the drainage system. Now readymade RCC and plastic inspection chamber & manhole has replaced that giant brick and RCC work. This RCC & PE readymade inspection chamber & manholes are available in size from 400 to 1200mm inner diameter.
